Description:	Quantum Q4 MWD 4MPH Electric Mobility Wheelchair. Stephen passed away aged 64 after a long battle with many conditions. The remit for his family was to give him as much quality of life as possible in his final years. We purchased an electric wheelchair for him a Quantum Q4. The total cost was £4976 and the wheelchair is one year old, it has just had its one year warranty service and we have the service label. Also have copy of the invoice (with Stephen’s details removed) and the full specification. I have all the manuals to go with it and you can see where it was purchased from. I am sure that any local disability company will be happy to give a training session on the wheelchair. It can be programmed with certain speeds and the like and again a local disability company will be able to do that. As stated above it is exactly one year old and has only been used once. Sadly Stephen in an effort to show his independence decided to take itout on his own, he managed to get in the lift and out of his accommodation and almost got to his local Tesco store but sadly fell on a slope and into some mud. We did have it cleaned up but there is still evidence of the mud and the fall did not damage the wheelchair as it has just had its warranty service. The wheelchair is located in Hemel Hempstead HP2 and the buyer would need to collect it. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
